C[redacted] did hire me to book her 30 or so guests for her group cruise.  I have been in the travel field for over 30 years and have had very happy clients for all of those years. I would not be in business for 30 years if my clients were not happy clients and I did not provide...

extraordinary   service and knowledge.   At the time she came in I was also in the process of moving my office which I informed her so that would also mean that my office was down and up for a few days here and there while I was relocating.  I did tell her this. 
When her guests were not calling to book I offered to extend her deadline with Carnival so she would not lose her price of her cabins and at this point the $50 deposit then went up to $100 deposit.  Carnival has dates and deposit rules.  I explained this to C[redacted] and to each of her guests that called in the book.  They miss the early deposit date and I had to extend it then the deposit went up to $100 per  person.
I did return calls the best I could during the move. I misspelled 2 names and when you are talking on a cell to cell the clients will not spell their names phonically to you it is very hard to get them right.  I figured when they got their paid invoice if the name was not right they could call me but instead they called C[redacted]. 
What C[redacted] does not know it has taken a lot of time to book all these 30 guest, hang on hold with Carnival cruises lines, like for ever to get through, talk to all her guests as they were first time cruises and let them know what to expect on the cruise, what was included taking time to answer all their questions.  Call in their payments to Carnival.  Invoice each guest.  I did make a flyer and tried to explain on their about 3rd and 4th guests in a cabin and it is very hard for the novis   person to really understand how it works with the cruise line and no one could understand it no matter how I wrote it up.  I have consulted with my attorney and she has concluded as I have that I need to get paid for the work I  performed that C[redacted] hired me for. 
So when C[redacted] gets my itemized bill from my attorney and pays for services rendered I will cancel her group.  No one works for free and I have spent hours working on her behalf.
