They did not tell me that if I was not early for the "registration time" they wouldn't let me see the doctor I have been going here for years, and they told me to arrive minutes prior to my appt- I arrived minutes early and they cancelled me and told me to come back in a month! I am pregnant and this was supposed to be my first visit for this pregnancy - I think it's kind of important! Waiting weeks for being minutes "less early" than requested for a return client seems impersonal and extreme If you have such a strict policy, perhaps you could have told me that over the phone when I set the appointment so I could give myself some extra time? Perhaps treat me like a person and show some common courtesy? Is that too much to ask?
