[I did not call them about problems with my [redacted] Antivirus I called them about a bad [redacted] down load ( Windows 8.1) They said they were [redacted] They lied to me misrepresenting [redacted]. They convinced me that they could fix my computer due to my being hacked. $149.00 later they did not fix my problems. I had to call [redacted] where I bought my computer. They had to do a complete system restore to fix all problems including what I paid Techvantage. ** informed me that I was scammed out of the $149.00. I believe3 with all my heart that I was scammed out of the money. Techvantage will never touch my computer again. Oh ** repaired my computer for free.   Your Answer Here]

I just want my refund back, I don't want to deal with this madness any longer..  I know what happened I do not have any reason to lie, I just hope that this does not happen to any one else....  So Grateful to the Revdex.com for helping me solve this problem. attention.[redacted] [redacted] called Techvantedge on May **, 2015 for Security Pop Up issue with under an impression that we are [redacted]. Our agents clearly mention the name "TechVantedge" in the beginning of every call we receive to ensure customers are aware of the fact that we are a third party technical support company. We did not state that we are or affiliated with [redacted] in any way. Also while making the payments customers are directed to our website and are requested to read the terms and conditions before making an online payment. Also on the credit card statement our name as TechVantedge Inc. appears under the charge. [redacted] was offered a subscription of $546  ($199 + $198 + $197)  for 270 days Unlimited Technical Support for one computer only. We also found that she was getting lots of unwanted pop ups while using the internet browser and there were some software corruption due to which the softwares were not responding efficiently. We repaired that, fixed the slowness issue, optimized the computer and removed all the unwanted pop ups from the browser. After the issues were resolved we request the consumer to send us a resolution confirmation email on our support email address so the case can be closed and to know if customer is completely satisfied with the services provided. [redacted] confirmed the issue resolution via email. As [redacted] is not satisfied with the services and support so In order to resolve the matter, we have processed full refund of $546.00 on the same CC/DC ending with [redacted] which was used to make the payment. Attached are all the refund receipts for your reference.We offer excellent services to all our customers.
