This company and the insurer will not mediate or settle anything, I know that, so my response is to ask that my complaint remain for all interested partys to view for as long as they are in businessThank you Sincerely, [redacted]

The clients claim was recently denied from *** Insurance due to the fact "This is not an insurable claim but a warranty or manufacturer defect." So it is impossible to get coverage for this. Due to the water-loading on one side of the motor-home the vehicle has been
deemed unsafe to operate at this time in which we need to out for the safety of the general public. We have offered numerous options for the insured in which he has chosen NOT to take any of our advise due to the costs involved. Due to the factthe vehicle is unsafe he will need to repair the vehicle and get a satisfactory safety inspection and then we could look to get him insurance on it. I don't know of any insurance company that will insure an unsafe vehicle which is likely full of mold especially for liability and the water-loading issue could cause a major accident in the USA. He should be going after the manufacturer of the vehicle for these repairs as it was a manufacturer defect which caused this issue. Please call me at *** as we have done everything we can for the insured however when a claim is not covered we can't overturn that decision. Chad L***

Please listen to the phone call attached with Mr [redacted] when he reported this claim.   There were structural issues in which he was told to move out of it and that he can't be driving it down the road as per his words.    If a home has internal water damage and it was due to seepage or a crack in the foundation the claim would be denied as that is NOT an insurable risk.    He mentions his [redacted] is in perfect condition,  it was proven that there is a manufactural defect with it and is full of water on the 1 side of the motor home.   So it is NOT in perfect condition. We have done everything possible to assist him however if the claim is denied to to a manufacturer defect in which is NOT covered under any insurance policy there is not much we can do other than provide a new policy once the repairs are completed and it passes a new safety inspection.I have been on vacation since Dec 2 and just got back to work yesterday and is why my response wasn't received till yesterday.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: My complaint relates to Leibel Insurance Group. Mr L[redacted] seems to be avoiding his responsibilities entirely ,while violating everything in the so called Insurance Agent Code of Conduct. If he can find any errors within his companies dealing with me over the last 35 years, I would love to hear it. This company has proven it's incompetancy by selling me a policy, that apparently provided no coverage what so ever, collecting monthly premiums for decades, allowing us out on the road with our motor coach totally exposed. There is nothing in my [redacted] policy prohibiting anything I would wish to use my coach for, and there is a provision for rising water. Simple rules of law state, when you take money for selling something, and do not provide anything in return, or misrepresent what you are selling, that is fraud. Why Mr. L[redacted] is defending [redacted] instead of representing his insured, the customer, who has paid in to his company hundreds of thousands of dollars over almost four decades is beyond me. Again, my only interest in this incompetent so called "insurance agent" is to warn others. If anyone has any type of insurance coverage through them, most likely they do not. My issues with the insurer will be dealt with in another forum, Mr L[redacted] avoids any issues created by his business. To illustrate, I asked him "Is the insurance on my towed vehicle in full force for the entire six month period I am in the US for? Finally after having to ask three times, the response was "you need to have additional coverage under a US policy over 60 days in the US. I asked what is it for, what does it cover, what does it cost?"No one seems to be able understand, or to explain it, no one there ever offered it to me", and again will give them the same justification to just cancel ones policy in full if you have a problem, bacause you do not have this coverage, whatever it is! In 35 years this company has not once sent any information about any changes in insurance, suggestions about coverage, changes, or requirements by law. Nothing ever sent, just the bill for annual renewals! In this instance, it would have been nice to know that there would never be any coverage for anything, but here is your annual renewal!! This company and the insurer will not mediate or settle anything, I know that, so my response is to ask that my complaint remain for all interested partys to view for as long as they are in business. Thank you.
Sincerely,
