Mr*** had booked and paid for an intermediate size vehicle but rented a luxury size vehicle with *** from March 22-April 5, in ***Attached is a copy of the CAA *** Prepaid Voucher which was given to Mr*** for his car
rental which highlights to renters to "understand your rental contract for all costs incured at the counter before signing"
Based on the details provided to us by Mr*** we contacted *** Customer Service (***) twice on his behalf in hopes of having them reverse the additional charges which he signed forI have enclosed below their responses from May 1st and 5th as well as CAA's reply to Mr*** offering him a four day all inclusive future rental as a gesture of goodwill

As per our previous communications on this file Mr*** was provided with a car rental agreement invoice that states "understand your rental contract for all costs incurred at the counter before signing"
On Mr ***'s behalf we contacted *** Customer ServiceThe contract that he signed with *** indicated the upgrade and priceFurther they indicated that they would not be providing a refund
Even though this agreement/price dispute is between Mr*** and ***, as a gesture of goodwill, CAA offered Mr*** a four day all inclusive future rental
