This facility is in shambles. Half the machines don't work, it is filthy there, no running water in the bathroom. They don't put out of order signs on the machines most of the time. I put in $2 and $1 of my fabric softener into a large washer and it did not work. They owe me $3. In talking to other people there, they also are losing money there. I called their posted number of 815-716-0367 when I got home and they said they were there at the laundry now and I told them I was now at home and to mail my $3 to me. They said they could not do that. He would not take my address but he said he had my phone number. I want my $3 refunded. Every time I go there, I lose money and I am tired of it ... so are the other customers I talked to!
