Our business purchased a commercial ice cream machine from Acana NortheastWe traded in our equipment and was delivered a machine similar to one that was in the buyers agreementThe machine was missing equipment, still is, had no cleaning equipment to maintain, and has cost us thousands in loss revenueThey also made an offer for a couple of auto fry equipment that we had for $and have not paid forWe spent $14,on a commercial machine with yrparts and labor warranty and did not get the machine we paid forthey said they would switch it out, but it has been months, and still not resolvedWe are in the process of turning over to our attorney, as we were told the salesman is currently out of the country, it is the 2nd time they have told us that and that nobody else can help us
