I've had to call Acanac support times and waited about min on average to speak with someoneThe first times they told me that everything is fine on their end but I still didn't have Internet accessThe 3rd time I called, I waited for hour and minutes to finally get to speak with someone only to have the call disconnectWhat a waste of timeI think I will be switching Internet providers very soon
I tried to order a modem for internet from them they never sent it charged me for it and the first month then wouldn't give me back my money I am now going to a differnt company and looks like I am taking a dollar loss on services never installed or a modem never receved***
I like the product but the customer service is terribleThe reps are rude and unfriendly

My internet has been down for days Every day I call, get the run around, *** ***, and told over and over, "we've updated your ticket, someone will be there tomorrow days later, no calls, no technician, no internet Last night they hung up on me
I have ordered the service on the 3rd of June 2015 and payment went on 6th of June 2015.
⢠waited nearly 6 weeks and still I have not received the internet service.
⢠I have been charged for 2 months so far. (I asked to refund 1 month fee).
⢠Charged for an activation fee and modem fee.
⢠It took more than a month to receive a modem, Modem came on the 7th June 2015)
⢠Had to call customer service more than 15 times but still no solution.
⢠I got a confirmation from Acanac one technician would come on the 14th July to fix it. Acanac agreed not to charge another activation fee. (I will update on this)
⢠Received terrible customer service.
It seems, no-one in this company is responsible or accountable for clients issues.
