We canceled service via email Feb 2021 and received their confirmation that they cancelled. We stopped receiving our monthly statements. We then discovered in beginning of 2023 that they continued to take payment out of our account immediately following March 2021 and are REFUSING to give us our refund. Even though they've completely admitted to their fault, they are giving us the run around. We are so angry. They owe us over $1,600 that they stole from us, admitted to stealing and won't pay back. What do we do?!

I have ordered the service on the 3rd of June and payment went on 6th of June â ¢ waited nearly weeks and still I have not received the internet service â ¢ I have been charged for months so far(I asked to refund month fee) â ¢ Charged for an activation fee and modem fee â ¢ It took more than a month to receive a modem, Modem came on the 7th June 2015) â ¢ Had to call customer service more than times but still no solution â ¢ I got a confirmation from Acanac one technician would come on the 14th July to fix itAcanac agreed not to charge another activation fee(I will update on this) â ¢ Received terrible customer service It seems, no-one in this company is responsible or accountable for clients issues
