Yes, the customer booked a tour with people and food and wine was to be includedWhile customers were enjoying the wine and food, there were some errors to which we provided clients additional food at no extra costAlthough there was a mistake with the food order, it was not brought to our
attention till weeks after the tourHad the customer brought it to our attention when we were able to get the food to them, we would have done so immediately. The tour that the clients were on was a a deeply discounted tour with special arrangements made for food and wineIt was the trip leaders responsibility to know who ordered what, not ourWe only got a list from her of what foods to order, and due to a series of back and forth emails, when she put in her final revised food order, the items she is claiming were missing were not in her email, so they were not ordered. There will be no refunds givenWhen the client emailed us after the tour, she tried to complain about other stuff related to our vehicles which were totally unfoundedShe is simply trying to get money back when no money is due

The business claims that, because I did not repeat part of the order, which they admitted I did submit, that I was at fault. I paid for items that we did not receive. The business did not pay the winery for the food that they failed to order  so the business is now pocketing that share that was agreed to be for the food portion. I am not referring to other complaints I had with the business, just the portion that was detailed, agreed to, and not received. We did NOT receive extra food at no cost during our tour.
