Yes they did take care of our first servicewere still having troubleOver a month ago we called about a problemWe were told their service is booked out weeks they would call us us back with an appMonth later we called back to ken once again and now were told wete out 3-6weeksRiding season will be over by thenThis thing is broke down more than we have been able to ride itI dont like being lied to about their service or the fact that this does not have locking 4xWhy am I paying for something that doesnt work? Again they did give me the first service on them upon a threat to report them and now thieir is still a problem and I am reporting themThey need to give me a better warranty since this thing is always broke down or take a few payments off and ill service the thing elswhereIf they dont want to help just say so and I can find a diff shop that will as long as they cover it and give me a better warranty

In response to complaint:There was an initial error with financing paperwork in regards to a bank fee, and it changed their payment by $5. We were able to provide them with their first service in order to compensate for the difference in payment. After the vehicle was service by Octane
Outlet, the *** had stated that they were satisfied and went on their way If there are anymore issues with the vehicle, please give Aaron a call at Octane Outlet at *** for any assistance Looking forward to hearing from you
