Review: There is a collection account on my credit report, Account Number [redacted], that I have no idea about. I have outstanding credit and this is the only thing negative on my credit report. I pay all my medical bills and would have paid a collection account for $180 had I know about it. This is obviously an error and must be some type of error. I do not believe this belongs to me and could belong to someone else.Desired Settlement: I would like for this account to be deleted from my credit report.

This bill is for [redacted] and if it shows as a medical bill on the credit report that will be adjusted. Please see attached bill showing the balance that is owed. We have also spoken to [redacted] on several occasions, please see below.

1/28/11 14:42 spoke with ** states that [redacted] cut down two of her trees and had a bad attitude, but they paid for the majority of the work and this was the balance.

2/26/14 15:35 ** called in, I advised her of the account, she will not pay for the services says it was done incorrect. will write and dispute. I told her that they paid most of the bill and this was the balance and at no time did she say that she was unhappy with the job, just that they had a bad attitude.

Review: In January I sent a letter to this company when I noticed two accounts on my Credit reports from them. They followed up with a letter indicating they needed more info and would then update my account to charge me postage for handling my dispute. I sent a letter in Feb giving them more information and disputing the debt, authority to collect in ** and the ability of them to add postage to any balance due. They responded in March via [redacted] with a print out of information and a signed piece of paper saying I agree to certain conditions that would result in charges, They did not provide an itemized statement for either account. They did not establish with their documents they could charge me for processing a dispute under FDCPA and did not give me their permit number to collect in **. I responded back with a [redacted] letter [redacted] that was signed for on March 13th, asking for this number as I can not find them registered as a collection agency in **. This is a violation of ** law as all Collection Agencies collecting in the state must be registered even if they are an out of state agency, They have yet to respond to this letter. They have also verified credit reporting agency disputes during this time frame which would also be in violation of ** law of not being registered as this is considered collection activity.Desired Settlement: This collection agency needs to provide their permit number to me so I can determine if it is legal for me to pay them. If this company continues to ignore my requests I will be forced to sue them under NC GS 75-50 which provides damages of 4000 per violation of this act and File a compliant against them with the Department of Insurance in **. If this company is not licensed and would like to avoid these pitfalls. I am willing to settle for 500 dollars and deletion of their trade lines from the credit reporting agency's of [redacted]

Review: I sent this collection agency two letters to validate this debt on April 8, 2013 and June 13, 2013 and I have yet to hear from them. I disputed account number [redacted] that is being reported on my credit report in the amount of $12 for [redacted]. Since this company has failed to validate this debt in accordance with the FDCPA and FCRA, this account must be removed from my credit report since they have failed to verify and validate the debt.Desired Settlement: Please delete this account from my credit report and provide me a letter stating that it will be removed.

Response:

On 6/21/13 14:42 we received letter requesting verification of debt.

On 06/21/13 16:15 we issued a cover letter, electronic medical records

and actual bill from the provider to [redacted]

Copy of the mailed certified receipt attached.

We have followed all federal regulation and under the HIPAA we cannot

provide the actual documents showing the medical records to Revdex.com unless the

party provides a release.

This account has been outstanding since 2009 and the information sent

to [redacted] validates the debt. We received an insurance payment with an

adjustment, leaving a balance of $12.28.

ACB has followed all FDCPA, FCRA and HIPAA regulations and any further

actions taken against the firm will be vigorously defended and will consider it the act if a frivols

Review: on 3/11/11 ACB was provided with the required funds to settle a debt claimed by central jersey emergency medical assoc against [redacted]. ACB provided a letter confirming payment and settlement. My son, also name [redacted] who was a minor at the time currently has this claim on his credit report by ACB receivables. A number of attempts have been made to contact mr W[redacted] who handled the complaint but he has failed to respond. This irresponsible action by ACB has resulted in my son being turned down for mortgage approval and loosing an opportunity to purchase a.home. This error by ACB needs correcting immediately.Desired Settlement: Clear credit report for [redacted]

Review: ACB has mistakenly reported several inaccuracies on my [redacted] and [redacted] credit report. They will not call me back and do not abide by FCRA,Desired Settlement: Remove the negative marks on my credit report

Review: Hi, we noticed incorrect information on all three of our credit reports ([redacted]) for both myself and my wife [redacted] for this company. We contacted [redacted] at the company and she provided the details we needed to further investigate. There were several incorrect requests to ACB from a few outstanding bills they had marked for collection, but indeed were either paid long ago, or settled outside of the normal agreement Each creditor had agreed to contact ACB and tell them to REMOVE our listings (not close, but REMOVE) these entries from all THREE Credit agencies for both my wife and myself. Each conversation with ACB, as well as with each creditor was recorded. WE followed-up a few weeks late rand spoke again with [redacted], who had acknolwedged receipt of this information form the creditors and FULL AGREEMENT to REMOVE ALL ENTRIES FROM ALL THREE AGENCIES FOR BOTH MYSELF AND MY WIFE. I have now placed three (3) more calls to her about this, and she has failed to return my call, nor act in the AGREEMENT she made to remove these, and AS INSTRUCTED BY HER CUSTOMERS TO DO SO. I want this settled in the next ten business days, and I expect the Revdex.com Bureau to ding them on their listings here badly if they fail to comply. Additionally, we will be releasing the taped conversations to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION in 10 days if this case is not settled IMMEDIATELY.Desired Settlement: Agreeing to the REMOVAL OF ALL ENTRIES FOR ACB ON BOTH MY AND MY WIFE's CREDIT REPORTS. from all THREE CREDIT BUREAU's NOTED ABOVE.

Business

Response:

Under FCRA NO MATTER if the account is paid or settled, it stays on the credit report for 7 years from the date it was paid. This is a federal guideline and the client or ACB cannot remove it from the history. If they have any further questions please have them call our office or the federal government.

thank you,

Review: I have contacted ACB receivables on numerous occasions and spoke to a Ms. Hazel L. This company has placed a bill on my credit report without doing their Heracles and when I reached out to this collection company to explain that this bill was done in error and I asked for a signed copy that I had in fact visited this doctor in the form of a receipt with my signature stating that I had services rendered to me, they never forward those to me. I have never seen this doctor a third time and they have yet to produce any proof that I did other than they are saying there are doctors note which is a clerical error, I have not taken my daughter to see this doctor 3 times she has only seen him twice which my insurance paid for both time in FULL, the doctor made a clerical error and this is affecting my credit history. I have called this company more than 6 times to ask for a receipt, documents stating that we in fact had visited this doctor on the date they claim I did, they have up till not have NOT given or sent me anything. It is against the law to put something on someones credit without proof that it is owed. They are not practicing ethical or good business, they do not return calls and do not have anything to say that I am liable for this bill . It is not fair and I am ready to obtain a lawyer and sue for damages as it is affecting my credit. They tried to bill my doctor andDesired Settlement: I want this removed from my credit until this company or the comapny they are representing can come up with solid proof with my signature and or a reciept that I was there and had services rendered to me that day in question they are billing me for. I do NOT owe this debt and its been months not that I have asked for something with my signature on it showing that I was at this doctor on this day other than notes that are clearly a clerical error. I want this removed ASAP

Review: ACB RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT had Levied 763.50 plus 60 fee out of my husband and my bank account and same amounts out of my sons bank account, because he has same name. Possibly Old medical bill from 2009 from [redacted] in [redacted] I called back in 2011 and cleared bill with ACB because we had [redacted] 100% coverage. Never heard from them again until June 5, 2014 with their name on a judgement from march 2014. On vacation but as soon as I returned I called [redacted] ACB, the court judgement attorney [redacted] and assistant [redacted] all on June 12. to clear up and get my moneyACB employee [redacted] said " oh I see what happened, I will take hold of $ off your account and call you tomorrow". Never heard from her again, and I left 4 messages from June 14-19. I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] office. Some other shady [redacted] attorney called and said he was trying to resolve for all, I have no idea who he was, caller id number is no good when I call it back. FRAUD, ALL OF IT. This matter cleared up in aug 2011. 3 years later I get a judgement out of no where. [redacted] said money was on hold not taken out, but it was taken out of my account without any court proceeding or authorization on June 6, 2014 and then on June 10,2014 they levied my college attending son's account leaving him broke, he has a completely different ss#. I called [redacted], where they say initial bill is and they have no record of my husband being there in 2009. I left messages with [redacted], stating we do not owe this money, I left message with ACB Receivables. No one is calling me back but they took money we do not owe, twice. I do not know what to do. Everyone is really nuts and have the power because they are attorneys? How can they just take my money out of my account like that. And again from my 18 year olds account who happens to have same name as father. FRAUD, FRAUD.Desired Settlement: REFUND MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR MONEY I DO NOT OWE FOR ANYTHING 763.50 plus 60.00 and. Credit my sons checking account for 763.50 and 60.00. He never even went to a urologist. The urologist doesn't even gave record of my husband going there. [redacted] at ACB said it was an error and $ only on hold but lied because they took the money, my balance was reduced on June 6,2014 for 763.50 and 60.00. And my sons account on June 10th

Review: I contacted this business more than a monthago to clear up a bill in my name. It turns out it is my son who is the person the claim is against. I asked for the removal to the credit reporting agencies and they told me I must contact each one to clear up the matter. Well I did and the agencies told me the agency needs to clear this up with the credit reporting agencies themselves.Desired Settlement: This collection agency must contact the credit reporting agencies to remove the negative entry under my credit report(s).

Review: yes id like too pay off my account with a pay too delete from all 3 credit agencies?????? ut only if they will send that too me in writing only or email??? pay too delete thingDesired Settlement: pay too delete from all 3 credit agncies??

Review: I am disputing account number [redacted] with ACB Receivables Management because I have sent several dispute letters to the credit bureaus and it comes back verified every single time. I have contacted ACB Receivables Management to get the method of verification and debt validation on this account and they not provided me the information I have requested per the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. The account is also being reported as having a credit limit when according to the [redacted] standards, credit limits only pertain to charge cards or revolving credit. Not collection accounts.Desired Settlement: Because this company is in clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act then I ask for both of this item to be deleted from my credit reports and to be provided with a letter stating it will be removed for violating the FCRA and FDCPA.

Response:

We received the account on 07/08/11 and a letter was

issued at 17:37 giving a 30 days to dispute the balance as per FDCPA

guidelines.

11/13/12- received the first communication from [redacted] confirming the address

and SS#

11/28/12 - well over a year from the first communication requesting a

validation of the debt.

12/07/12 15:57 ACB sent medical documents, validating the debt.

01/08/13 15:59 ACB received certified mail back stating unclaimed, parties

would not except the document.

Please see attached copies of the green card that was sent to the address on

file which was confirmed by [redacted]. We strongly believe that we have

followed all regulations on this file and clearly this complaint is frivolous

and if any further action is taken we will consider it a form of harassment.

This is a valid bill that we strongly urge the party to contact our office to

resolve.
