At Commercial Team Plumbing and Drains we strive to exceed customer service expectations and were surprised to read about this complaint, since we didn’t receive a phone call or any other type of communication before being sent an email by the Revdex.comIf a customer has a problem we are always willing to discuss it with them and come to a solutionAccording to our records, we were the second plumbing company called out to clear the kitchen sink line because the first company suggested the line be cleared with a mini-jetterWhen our technician arrived, he diagnosed that the line was completely clogged and therefore couldn’t be mini-jetted until it was uncloggedWhen he went to unclog the line, his machine came back with mud on the end, which is an indicator of bigger problems, including that the line may be brokenIf we would have mini-jetted the line in this condition, then water would have flooded the kitchenTherefore, we recommended another company (that has a small camera) to scope the line and determine what the problem isWhen our technician spoke with you regarding the above diagnosis, he didn’t receive any concerns about being unhappy or dissatisfied and received a credit card paymentWe understand that many times, after initially talking to the technician more questions or concerns arise and that is why we are always open to continued conversationsWe wish this next step would have been taken so that we could have remedied this soonerHowever, we are prepared to refund you the $that our company chargedPlease call our office at 317-879-so that we can co-ordinate a refund

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Again, there was NO mud found in the line whatsoever, and no problems in the line whatsoever The ONLY thing found in the line at all was grease....which is why they were called out there to clean the line....I clearly told them the line was clogged with grease And as the camera determined, this was correct Because of someone not able to do their job, it cost me $to clean my drain line instead of just $95, since they couldn't do their job properly, I had to overpay someone else to use a camera THAT WASN'T EVEN NEEDED I want the $refunded to me, and I don't think it's too much to ask to be reimbursed for the camera fee that wasn't needed at all Using a camera to find out that a kitchen drain is clogged with grease is simply ridiculous This company has wasted a lot of my time and money just because they couldn't properly clean a simple clogged drain Regards, [redacted]
