The workers arrived intoxicated. This work crew hammered nails into my gutter helmets, causing them to malfunction, and nullifying my warranty with the gutter helmet company. In spite of company representative's assurances that these issues would be resolved, they have not been. He has not returned my calls or my emails in more than five months. Unacceptable.
