The office staff is very rude and unwilling to answer questionsMy application had not begun to be processed after days I asked for my application fee to be returned which they deniedThe office staff claimed to be waiting on a response from my current property management company that statement was false, they never even inquired information from my current company a fax or email was never sent but the office staff said it had been and the didn't have a fax transmission or dated email to prove soI would never do business with this property management company againVery unprofessional

Very Misleading and Shady business practices, they will take your apllication fee over and over many times even after "approving you" yet will make many exuses as to why you cant move into the units you applied for even though they say your "approved"prolonging the process until your "day application process is up, and will make you pay another application fee over and over with the same results basically its a waiste of time and money just a way they can collect money not having to ever let you move into a unit and since its an "application" fee they wont have to give back all the money you gave them having to reapply over and overWhen they tell you you are "approved or denied then they should give this to you in writting in the mail or via email and, if they are unwilling to give you this then you should not keep doing business with this company
