I wanted to let you know that I was contacted this morning by Mossy Toyota after they were instructed by their corporate office to get this handled. I was assured that it would be a top priority now, so I think I can safely say that the complaint is resolved

General Sales Manager and Customer Relations Manager spoke to customer, pricing was negotiated however when customer arrived vehicle was sold to another guest. Mossy Toyota apologies that the customer was unable to purchase this particular vehicle

General Sales Manager *** *** spoke with customer and offered him a free maintenance contract and half the cost of a new set of tires. Mr*** has advised me the customer is satisfied

We apologize, the payoff of the trade in has been made

Vehicle was inspected on 5/28/2016, multiple issues with vehicle were found, vehicle has 157,000 miles and its a 2006 model year. Mossy Toyota is pleased the customer found a low cost solution and is happy to reimburse the customer the diagnostic fee of $130.00.  A company check will be issued...

within 5 working days.

Refund of $65.00 will be issued in the interest of customer satisfaction.

Mossy Toyota has still not refunded the money. I will not close the complaint until the money is refunded.

Customer was contacted by our Finance Department and resolved all issues, we apologize we should have closed this case some time ago.
