The original invoice had a description of the individual tasks requested by Mr. [redacted]; however the line items were a blend of services for these tasks.  We have prepared a more descriptive invoice showing the individual steps to complete the requested tasks along with the related costs...

accordingly; see attached copy of invoice.  Mr. [redacted] has reeived the updated invoice as his desired settlement.The drywall repair was noted on the original estimate ..."to be completed by others."  We have referrals of licensed drywall contractors should Mr. [redacted] desire to consider.We hope this helps resolve the matter.?
