They were quick to handle my case and were extremely professional and courteous to us.
We were untitight to mention this to family & friends and when we did, we hadn't realized how many peopl have been through this with the IRS. It turned out that a personal fmaily member had offered to take the case for us. We notified ATS and they were very gracious and gave me a partial refund without any issues! If it were not for our family memebr handling this for us at cost, we would have continued with ATS.
We have recommnded this company to others and if ever approached again abot where to go for others who may have an encounter with the IRS, WE HIGHLY recommend ATS!
