I am rejecting this response for several reasons. First, they state they called me, which is entirely falseI am constantly within reach of my cell phone, and always either answer my work phone or return messagesI have caller ID on both, there is no way I could have missed a call. Second, even if they had called me, the fact that they state they only called one time, even with the severity of the concerns I have, is another example of their lack of concern for their own patientsI teach customer service for my job, and I would recommend anyone with this kind of deficit in caring for the client to be terminated. Finally, there is no actual response to any of my concerns here, and no effort to even resolve the issueThey state that their patients are important to them, and they claim they called (once), but make no effort to address a single one of my very valid and very serious concernsActions always speak louder than words.
