Mr. Akram Syed told me on the phone in February and March 2018 that he would pay our invoice XXXXX for $1,189. I have not received payment.
We conducted pre-employment drug testing for Accelore Solutions from Aug-Nov 2017 for $1,189. I have a signed Client Agreement signed by Mehtab Qazi dated 9/5/2017. I have sent numerous emails to Mehtab and Akram Syed with a copy of the Client Agreement, Invoice, and Credit Card Authorization form but no payment. I have spoken to Akram Syed on the phone in February and March 2018 and he said he was sending payment but I have not received payment. I called Mehtab Qazi today and left her a voice mail. I called Akram Syed and left him a voice mail. I want payment for my services as I expect Mr. Syed to get paid by his clients.
