Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: $or $(as they offered later) does not rectify the situationI want all to know what kind of company they will be dealing with if they choose to rent from themI felt $was more than compromising given how much they overcharged as well as wrongful chargesThe condition of the property was left in better shape than we received it and we lost $out of our $depositAs I stated before the most I have ever been charged for clean up fees and maintenance upon leaving a rental property over the last 15+ years is under $I always leave the properties I rent incredibly cleanYou can see from the other Google reviews that I am not the only one this has happened toI have never filed a negative review on Google on any business, nor have I ever filed a complaint with Revdex.comI felt very wronged and taken advantage of in order to do so this time! The house they moved into was in pristine
conditionThey left the walls scuffed and touched up with non-matching paintThe stove was dirty, The screen door was broken; however, most of the expense was the cost of repainting

Thank you, again, for taking the time yesterday to speak with me about this complaint. After investigation of the “failure to return security deposit,” I have found the details of her complaint to be partially correct. The charges were understandable, but we want our customers to have a
pleasant experience. It is because of this, that I am attempting to contact her. Our initial resolution to this matter is to split the difference with her, and offer to return $to her in exchange for the removal of the negative Google review
