Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards,this response is simply not the truth,this vehicle is totally inoperable,it is smoking from the tailpipe,overheating and it have a seatbelt warning light on that was on before and after the state inspection,that was inspected at accent auto's shop.I feel that I am intitled to a refund because this vehicle was sold under deceptive terms.This dealer knew he was selling a lemon.This dealer have no conviction about his deceptive business practices [redacted] ***

To whom it may concernThis vehicle has been sold in a great running condition witha clean Carfax on the vehicle! The vehicle passed safety and emission teststandard of TXDPS! Vehicle sold AS IS and Mr [redacted] understood that and agreedand signed on it after a full test drive over minutes period on the vehicle Accent Auto sell onlyclean Carfax vehicle this is our standardAccident free lemon free vehiclesand that is the reason we provide our free Carfax on all our vehicleMr***received a Carfax copy with his purchaseVehicle drove for days without anyissues the first time we heard about a problem was one week later when Mr[redacted] called us threatening us and accusing us of having an illegally stateinspection on the vehicle which is a complete accusation and we do havethe document to support it Mr [redacted] was recommended to purchase a service contract forthat vehicleMr [redacted] end up buying a silver service contract from his own bank.Mr [redacted] accusations are completely falseThe reason we stoppedcommunicating with Mr [redacted] is his threat his rude and vulgar manner addressingthe problem we had to hang up after we asked him nicely to explain thesituation instead of threatening us to keep our professionalism we had to cut the cord.We are not liable for this vehicle we are very sorry thatMr [redacted] has a problem with the vehicle Mr [redacted] understand that it was sold AS ISwithout any warranty [redacted]

Regards,this response is unacceptable because the carfax was given to me after the transaction was completed.As far as the state inspection is concerned the inspection was done at accent auto and the defected seatbelt warning lights were on before and after the inspection.The car is smoking from the tailpipe so how could it legally pass an emissions test.The car is overheating and can't even be driven a few blocks.As for this accusation about vulgarity during our conversation that is simply not the truth,I don't use that type of language.I informed this dealer that he knew he sold me a lemon and that I wanted my money back and that I was going to report him to the DMV and Revdex.com he got upset and told me to "go ahead and do that".So that's what bought us to this point.He was the one that insisted that I get an extended warranty signifying that he knew this car was no good.I found out that this car was smoking on the way home by the person that was following me and before I got home it was overheating.I just want my money back and deal with a more reputable and honest dealer in purchasing a vehicle that I can drive

Dear Mr*** I am very sorry that you are having car troubleAs *** the Manger explained to youAfter every oil change we do have a standard we leave the vehicle running for minutes we check under the vehicle fore any leaks and we make sure the level of oil is to the manfucateror
standardYour vehicle has over 100k miles and at some point you original drain plug has failedAnd that is very unfortunateAs good faith from us and since you are our customer we offeres to help you with you problemTo ease your pain not as an admission of guiltIts our standard to help our customer threw rough time and you are no exceptionplease be advised there will be no financial reimbursement for anything specially that we did not cause the problemBut I do want you to be aware if you persew this, and you have all the right to do so we will legally seek reimbursement for all our man hour and labour we spent on your vehicleI do understand your frustration but our job is to fix cars not brake them

Mr.*** our Carfax is available online on our website in the inventory sectionwhere you saw the car and Carfax is clean like all the cars we have which is agreat thing ! Vehicle left the dealership after over a minutes oftest drive without any warning light not smoking and seat belt fully functionaland the customer used the seat belt on test drive! This vehicle drove for over a week without any issuesCustomer only contactedus a week later threatening us over the phone instead of asking nicely forhelpIf Mr*** was friendly enough we would have loved to help him with therepairs he needs even though we don't have to do so since the vehicle is soldAs Is; since we do have a full service shop for the public on site and that’s thewhole purpose of our shop. We always recommend our customers to buy extendedservice contract warranty on all used cars because they are used cars and obviously.Mr*** knew that and that is why he setup a warranty threw his bank prior ofhim coming to Accent Auto.A this point unfortunately there isnothing we can do to help Mr*** this vehicle is sold As Is, Vehicle alreadyhas a service contract from Mr*** bank we recommend that Mr*** use hisservice contract he purchase threw his bank to get these repairs done.? *** ***

Your paint job comes with warranty and we are more than happy to look at the vehicle and get it repainted if...

there such bubbles. I can assure you we did not use the wrong paint we used the right paint but we are more than happy to warranty out the job in case there is any problem. We do provide a warranty for a reason in case any issue arises there will be no refund on this job but there will be a warranty work performed if Mr. [redacted] would like to bring the vehicle in!
