Hello,*** *** called in and scheduled over the phoneShe scheduled a house wash and to have her deck pressure washed and sealedShe gave me the measurements and told me that her deck had stairs and railingsThere was never a mention of her lattice , benches and misc extrasThe price quoted
over the phone was as follows-$House Wash$Deck Pressure Wash & SealGave her a coupon 20%Total after discount- $661.50 The extra lattice, benches and misc items should have been another $to wash and seal but we went ahead and did for free.We give the customer an invoice after the cleaning and another invoice after the sealantSo one invoice for the cleaning and one for the sealant portion but they both total the agreed amount from the phone scheduling and price discussed at job siteThis customer complained numerous times and we came back different times to appease the unhappy customerThey still said they were unhappy even though we used their before and after pics on our website and facebook page because it turned out fabulousThey are now refusing to pay the sealant portion and said that if we do not give them a zero balance they will go on yelp and Revdex.com to leave a bad review which they stand behind their word and have slandered our companyA bad company would not return times to try to make a customer happyIt seems to me that these customers no matter what we do or say will be unhappyWe will not reduce their bill and will not be blackmailed by reviews. Hello, On 6/we came out and did a low pressure house wash to the sidingWe do all house washes low pressure because we have a solution that does all the workHouse washes only remove mold, mildew, dirt and debrisWe can not remove oxidation if you have oxidation on your siding it will be
visible after the cleaningYou can also read about oxidation on our company website www.bapowerwash.com.After the first scheduled house wash 6/14, Ms*** complained about oxidation so we went out again and re washed her whole house (Still oxidation will not go away, we explained this to the client prior to the touch up/second washing), Client then made payment 6/On 6/25,6/28,6/29,7/& 8/called into to complainWe advise her each an every time that there is nothing further we can doWe have gone above and beyond to try to resolve her oxidation issue and make her happyWe have gone to her property twice and washed her home twiceWe have spoken several times over the course of a month. I believe we have done everything possible to try and resolve these issues but we can not refund the payment for washing her homeWe can not refund client on her preexisting issue of oxidationWe apologize you are unhappy but there is nothing more for us to do or say pertaining to your siding oxidation. Hi,we looked up the property for the size of her home for the house wash not the deck. She gave me the deck dimensions and did not inform me of all the lattice and benches. She approved the price over the phone and again at her property. They only got upset when the tech stated what an amazing deal they got. The first invoice that she paid clearly states all the pressure washing prices. It has the total for the clean and seal on it. It sats DCS 456 wich was the clean and seal price agreed to. The sealant invoice says deck seal. It isnt very hard to notice the difference in the two invoices. Please beware that because of the harassing phone calls, emails and private fb we have to decided to contact the authories. Our office staff no longer feels safe with all the threats we have recieved. We will also be contacting our lawyer for the slanderous reviews they have posted.

To Whom it May Concern:On 9/20/2016 we were hired to preform a low pressure house wash to [redacted] home. When we arrive at any clients home we take notes on the condition of the siding, windows etc. to protect of company from customers pre exsisting damage being placed on our company. [redacted]...

[redacted] home has a painted wood siding that has serious dry rot, cracking, and holes on the front of her home. She had told us when scheduled that her and several of her neighbors had this issue and a contractor was out giving estimates for repair. Our house washes are done low pressure to all siding, windows and trim. It is a cleaner that is lightly sprayed on areas they let it sit and is lightly rinsed away.[redacted] needed to have her siding cleaned before repairs could commence that was the reason she hired our company. After the house was she sent an email 9/21/2017 with pictures of the so called damage that we had done to her property. We told her that all damage was done prior to our arrival and that we have evidence via tech notes and pictures of our own. You can zoom in on the photographs and see mold/mildew growing inside the holes & cracks of her home. If this damage had just occurred while we did a house wash these biological agents would not be visible the next day. It is absolutely positively unjust to put the blame on B&A when it is obvious that [redacted] home has gone without maintenance for some time causing severe dry rot in her wooden siding and trim.We had no choice but to send customer to collections after many failed attempts at payment.I have included the email correspondence and a before power washing picture that shows the holes in the wood siding and dirt all around the area. Which if the house wash was preformed the dirt, mold, and mildew would not be there. Our tech also sprayed around those areas not to get water into the home owners exposed insulation.It was my understanding from scheduling the house wash service that painting and repairs to her home were to be done after the house wash. This is a common occurrence before painting to have the home washed so repairs and painting can be accomplished.Thank you for your time,Allison J[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: When I spoke to Ms. J[redacted] I gave her approximate dimensions of my deck and then called back when I scheduled with the exact dimensions. I also informed her of the benches and lattice on the original call but reminded her and asked again if there were additional charges for those. I was told NO. Just for the record, Ms. J[redacted], no one was home when Soloman arrived and started my job. My husband arrived after the siding was done and he had already started the deck so I was not there to approve anything. Why would an employee keep repeating about the price if it were a problem? Why not call and confirm with the owner? Because he certainly did not do that, per Mr. F[redacted]'s conversation with my husband. As for the email contact, I suggest you speak to Mr. F[redacted] again because he comtacted my husband first and requested to speak to him about why I refused to allow them to return. So that is not harassment on our part but on Mr. F[redacted]. As for the reviews, I did not post anything that is untrue. I have photo proof of the incomplete job. The phone call to your office on my part yesterday was to be sure whom I spoke to about the initial estimate. As for the harassment in total, please do contact your attorney. Have them contact me so I can send him/her the facts with proof. I will be more that happy to provide that. I have also contacted my local law enforcement and have been advised of my rights. I'm sure you will be hearing from them shortly on this matter. Good luck getting that payment because I will not pay for something I do not owe. Mr. F[redacted] is a bully and that has been documented in other reviews from other patrons of this company on [redacted].com. He believed I would back down and just pay because my husband told me to, that's why he contacted him in the first place. I suggest you learn your facts before accusing people of harassment. I have text messages and we have the [redacted] messages from him proving this. Do also read carefully my paid invoice, which I have attached, showing that the powerwash and seal are included in the total price.

Hello, The clients complaints have many inaccuracies. We did a low pressure house wash and applied a wax additive. The client is making claims that we some how caused her oxidation problem, which is false. We explained situation to client multiple times and sent our tech out to re wash areas of concern. We have gone above and beyond in trying to appease the client. We have exhausted our efforts as we will not refund client.  Have a nice day! Allison J[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I never claimed that B&A caused my oxidation problem as Allison J[redacted] states.  I simply said that the marks I am complaining about are not from oxidation, they are from the washer wand.  I sent photos of the marks I am complaining about, and they were never addressed.  I can see what marks are oxidation, and there is a difference.  The oxidation marks are not as noticeable as the marks I am addressing, and that is what I want to be compensated for.  I will repeat again, I am not looking for a refund, so please stop saying that I am,  I just believe I deserve a percentage off.  I would also prefer someone rather than Allison J[redacted] to respond because I find her attitude toward this matter rude and disconcerting.  Thank you.
