As made clear in my initial complaint, I ordered this vest based on MISINFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY. Had I been told that the vest was on-size-fits-all for young teens, I would not have ordered the vest. I am not interested in an exchange for merchandise I do not need or want. I simply ask for the "restocking" fee be returned. I haven't even requested shipping charges which are further damages caused by the bad information I received from the company.
