I personnally called [redacted] times and left voicemails and he failed to return any of the calls My wife, Cathy Zi [redacted] , called [redacted] 4-occasions and left voicemails, and also not returned, and the final voicemail we were told his mailbox was full If this is ***'s idea of customer service, it is extremely poor Denials do not solve the problem I contracted and paid Accent Landscaping for the artificial turf and he should be the contractor that runs interference with the turf manufaturer He can't simply wash his hands of his obligation He doesn't respond to communications and doesnt follow through on warranty and customer service issues That is why we contacted the Revdex.com Why should we have to contact the turf manufacturer directly to work out a warranty claim when we paid ***? We should at least receive a call from [redacted] to resolve this problem as soon as possible on my cell phone at ###-###-#### Thank you for your assistance in this matter

I have never recieved a call or voicemail or email from *** Hard to help someone when they haven't reached out Obviously you know the warranty on the turf follows the manufacturer not the installer I only warranty against installation issues I will gladly give *** the
manufacturers information for him to reach out to them and have their local representative come and inspect the turf and determine whether there is any manufacturers defects The Manufacturer is *** Telephone number *** *** From there it will be between David and the manufacturer to solve any issues if there are any Hopefully that information helps MrB*** with his turf If he needs anything else he obviously knows how to get a hold of me since he claims he has called me multiple times.Scott

We can argue all we want about you claiming to call me.  We both know the truth.  Even since my last response you have yet to call me.  Like I said before I would have given you good customer service had you called me first. But when you go straight to the Revdex.com claiming you have left several messages and accuse me of not paying taxes which are all lies and false accusations. Not sure why you would try to attack me or my company.  You have no warranty with me on the turf only with the manufacturer.  Just like if you bought a TV from Best Buy you would not return it after 4 years to Best Buy you would have to contact Sony the manufacturer to fix or replace your TV.  I gave you the info to the manufacturer.  Good luck with them because after your lies I don't want to help you, when all you had to do was reach out at the beginning with a simple phone call or email and I would gladly have assisted you in this effort.  I have plenty of other customers who have reached out to me properly and as a result they have had their problems fixed.  We try to install products that meet industry standards, unfortunately sometimes they fail.
