I am rejecting this response because: According to the availability of Mr. [redacted], we cannot meet this week. He is available only from 3:00PM every day. We are trying to setup to meet him on Monday Feb.15,2016 (President's Day) if that'spossible or Tuesday Feb.16,2016. Please give me chance until Tuesday to see if we can go to the end of this issue.

I asked her to bring back all of the material Accent Learning Systems, Inc. has provided them, like books, attendance sheets and the folders. Soon as we receive the material the accounts will process the refund, no problems. We never force her to attend beyond her capacity, I look forward...
