require that we notify the driver upon delivery to Accent of damaged materialsThese cabinets showed NO SIGNS of damagesWe received them on Feb Mr*** received material on Feb 20, and did not call until March I do not feel Accent should be responsible for the cabinets that were on a job; exactly days before they noticed they were damagedAlso the picture of the damaged cabinet shows white paint on it and there is no way that any cabinet from the factory would have white paint on it. It is obvious that this cabinet was run into a wall or something painted whiteFor these reason I do not feel I should have to replace his cabinet. See attachments below of when the order was placed with vendor and when we delivered material to Mr*** Dennis M***President

[the response is quite typical of a company trying to avoid responsibility. It is very clear that the damage was due to it being dropped(on their watch). The split was from the bottom. And his reply questions my charter and my contractors character. Also, the items sat in a room until needed and this is a small job-site. no one was in there but myself and contractor, who's character is unquestionable. As for the company's owners character I have to question. I have heard from his own employees that owner Won't even give family members discounts. This tells me a lot about his character if that is true. The fact of the matter, is it doesn't matter if it was 3 day, 3 weeks for 3 years. the item was found damages upon removal from the packaging. As a responsible owner either discount the item or replace it. ]
