Review: Accent pools installed an inground swimming pool for which it had deposited a project with the local township. The pool was subsequently installed late on a different location from the one specified in writing and it was installed 2 feet above ground. The work was never completed as there is still a mound of unscreened soil on the property.Desired Settlement: Pay $12000 for expenses for adjusting the damages caused by the negligence, poor professional skills, lack of good judgement and filing amendments to the existing permit with the local township. The amount requested is the lowest of 4 estimates received by different contractors for repairing the property.
Review: On 6`11`12 we a had a new pool liner installed by [redacted] of Accent Pools. When we uncovered the pool in May 2013, we found that the liner had fallen into the pool and that there was a tear under the coping on one side.[redacted] sent somebody out to mend the tear and said he would be by to get rid of the creases that had formed in the bottom of the pool.We had to pay for the pool tear to be repaired.260.00.then pay 200.00 for water to be delivered.by that time the pool, which was clear when we opened , was now green.[redacted] said to get it clear and he would be back to remove the creases in the bottom. We called and he was busy, and we agreed he would come do the work on the Sat. before, or the Mon. after fathers day.we have not heard from him since.I fear the longer the creases remain, the more permanent they will become. they are unsightly and frankly should not be present on a brand new liner. He should remedy the situation and if he can't, the cause should be found. If it is due to an improperly measured liner then he should remedy that.simply ignoring the situation is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: The creases have to removed from the liner bottom. And worst`case`scenario , if the liner was found to be oversized, then we would expect it to be replaced. We'd expect him to make things right. We've spent enough already.

I am rejecting this response because: Heres the thing.[redacted] said he would be out as soon as we called to say the pool was cleae, to get the creases out of tht bottom of the pool liner.he had us fill it and clear it.said he would come out and never showed.no call, no reason , no follow up.HE NEVER SAID THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE FOR THIS.As it stands.nothing has been done
