I checked with both of our store managers, they have no recollection of receiving any calls for serviceOur day warranty includes repair or replacement or refund if neededOur response time is within a day or two
I can only guess that if a call came in after warranty period, we would have quoted a *** service call or if a call came in and we didn't know it was warranty we would quote service callWe would be glad to wave service call if we can be any help to customer
