On 12-07-***meet Tim at *** *** **At that time *** was informed that another plumbing company had been outand installed the booster pumpAt that time *** put a gauge on the water pressure and the pressure was 110psi and the pressure should not be over psiAt this time *** stated that this action voided the warrantyfrom Accent Quality PlumbingTim called the other plumbing company and told them they just assumed liabilityfor the warranty on the house while *** was on site.Tim filed an insurance claim with Accents insurance company for water damage that he stated wasfrom our workWe were never notified from Tim that a claim was filedOur insurance company paidapproximately out on the claimWe certified mailed intent to lien on the home because of unpaidinvoice in the amount of on extras added to the houseThe homeowners signed for the letterTim didnot and it was sent back to us.After all construction the house passed all city inspectionsWe have presented Tim and thehomeowners two offers to Tim to get this matter solvedThey have not signed and returned either offerAs faras the compliant being warranty issues they voided the warranty when they called and allowed anotherplumbing to install the booster pumpThey have had multiple plumbing companies out thereWhich againvoided any warrant that was covered by Accent Quality PlumbingWe feel we have tried multiple times toresolve this matterAt this point we would like to be paid the balance that is owed to us in the amount ofWe have suspended any further work on the residence until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.Please let us know if you need any additional information on this compliant
