Hello, The customer purchased the item in question from ***We (Moleskine), the manufacturer of the product, provided a replacement product to the customer as we thought it may be a hardware issueAfter the replacement, the customer was not satisfiedIt was not a hardware
issueThere were more attempts to troubleshoot the product to fit the customers needs, and the customer was still not satisfied with the productUpon request of a full refund, the customer was refereed to ***, where they purchased the item. Best,Moleskine

[Your Answer Here] (1)I got my money back is not because Moleskine contacted me to "refund", but because after several days without any answer/response, I called my Credit Card company (*** ***) and filed a Dispute Application against them*** *** helped me to get my money back(2)Not like what they stated in this Revdex.com response, I NEVER received any "notification" from themI don't need any further actions about the payment since I already got my money back with my credit card company's helpThe reason I didn't click "accept the solution" is because Moleskine DIDN'T DO ANYTHING during the whole process:) This is the first time I experience such an irresponsible customer service.
