Customer contacted us stating that he was expecting double the order he received. I am not sure why he would have thought that he was getting 2 when he clearly selected the quantity as 1 on the ordering page. He also stated that the lettering he received was not uniform. his USDOT information was copied and pasted verbatim into the file that these are manufactured from. They are the standard arial black font and uniformity cannot be altered in our process unless extra steps are taken to purposely make them that way. That was not the case in this order. He also stated that he could not find return information and our return process is outlined in our FAQ and can be found at the URL http://dotnumberstore.com/care_and_cleaning.html  Regardless of what may or may have happened, we strive to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and are willing to work with him. Our customer service representative asked that a cell phone picture of what he received be taken and sent to us via email. This email was sent to him Friday the 18th of November and we have not received a response or the requested picture. We are not asking him to send the item back but we will need visual confirmation of the claim in order to send out new numbers or issue a refund.I do not feel that this case should have been escalated to require Revdex.com intervention as we were clearly working with the customer to get this issue resolved. I have attached a copy of the email as well as a screen shot of of the page where orders are placed that allows the customer to change the desired quantity. At this time we are willing to send replacements or refund the order as long as the customer either returns the merchandise or takes a picture of what he received and emails/ texts it to us so that we can quantify the error.
