Review: This company uses the bait and switch tactics. You buy a coupon for work and when they get to your home, they tell you that the work can be done unless a large sum of money is added. This wastes people's time to have to look for other companies to do the work. I bought a $300 coupon for tree service and was given a quote of $2,300 to limb a tree. I called one of the owners ([redacted] to complain and he told me that he would show the next day to re-look and re-bid. [redacted] was a no show. This took place on 10/4/2013

Desired Settlement: An apology and work done at a reasonable price. Let this go down as a notice to the public to be aware of this company's unethical practices.

There is no apology at all required. [redacted] bought a coupon about two years ago for a tree to be taken down and one of my guys miss-bid it, but we honored the bid and did the job at a cost. [redacted] said he could have done it for free but we HONORED our coupon. When one of our most respected bidders went to his house he did not like the bid which ws around $2000 for trimming some very large trees which he and hios wife were NOT in agreement with,.he was abusive, rude and agressive to our employee which is not acceptable to me at all!! I said I would look at it when I had time and called him prior to complaint! we will not work for this rude individual for ANY price at all! I also explained this to [redacted] who understood situation totally!

[redacted] and this company do not offer a resolution. She is correct in assuming I do not like the price because it is unrealistic. There is no need to call you because [redacted] has already stated that he will not come to my home and do any work. [redacted] assumes that his bidder did not make a mistake, but I invite any professional to look at my job and truthfully tell me that it is a $2,300. job. Accent Tree Service must assume that the general public are is. This company must not be allowed to take advantage of the public and senior citizens like myself.

my name is [redacted] I am the business Development Manager. Never have I gotten a complaint, nor have we "ever" not gone above and beyond clean up!

Our previous job we did for him was good enough for us to get a call back, as do all our clients.

There is no bait and switch possable? We bid on jobs and then if clients have a coupon they can use it toward the job. Usually clients get a couple bids and if they are not happiest with our bid they can always refund the coupon.

We stand by our bids and although we would like to get every job,consumers have a right to choose.

There does not seem to be any resolution for this situation, he simply he does not like our price.
