I have never been treated with such professionalism and kindness!!! There was no pressure, as promised I called several companies to get quotes Accent Windows had the quality, price, variety, knowledge and honesty you would want and deserveThe secretary was fabulous, they had excellent call back time, they came out to my home to assure the quote was accurate and what was in my best interest!!! The owner is very personable and very prompt to appointments and questions It has been an excellent experience I appreciate them for warming us inside and out!!!! They care about my windows as much as I do! Quality and goodness!!

We had new windows installed in our home in January It is now April and we still have not received our invoiceWe have called several times and spoke with Jim and he has told us each time that it's in the mailWe would really like to get the rebate from Rocky Mountain Power and Questar Gas, but are unable to without the invoice

I had an awesome experience with this company! Jim was a pleasure to work with and was quick to come give a quote and get goingWindow and stucco guys were super nice and treated house with respect and I didn’t worry about leaving house while they were thereThey were super quickHad patio enclosed and stucco complete within three daysWould recommend them to everyone!

We had sent the invoice but the customer thought that they could get the rebateThe window's that they chose didn't meet the requirements to get the rebateThat is why they never received that paperworkJim however talked with the husband and went over the issueEven though they didn't qualify
for the rebates Jim felt bad that they thought that they did and he paid them himself out of his account what they would of gotten if they had chosen the window that qualified for the rebatesHe personally took the check to them himself We feel that this was a misunderstanding and would like this removed from our account., Thanks

I've used Accent Windows a few times over the past yearsThey are always very professional and their prices are very reasonableThey are very respectful and clean when doing workThey are honest, reliable, and doing fantastic workI would recommend them to anybody who has a whole house to replace or just a few windows

I purchased a sliding glass door to replace a old single pain door
if I list everything I will be here on my phone all afternoon
when my new insulated door is closed up tight I can control which side the draft/gap is by sliding the the door to the left or rightWhen the screen door is closed up tight there is a gap at the bottom, the doors are not level and there is to much hardware for the doors to mate up properly

With regards to this complaint, we are in direct contact with the homeowner to make things rightAs previously mentioned I was a little taken back that he had filed the complaint initially rather than contacting us directly to begin withWe are more than happy to bend over backwards to help our customers and make sure they are always taken care ofThey are our top priorityWith this particular case I need to resolve it with our manufacture and my representative is on vacation for a weekWe are in continued contact with the homeowner and will do whatever we need to to resolve this problem and make it right for himThank you,Jim

I am rejecting this response because: I apologize for rejecting this yet again. But I have an issue with dishonesty. First off I paid the balance in full when the installer left. I made a smart remark to the installer about the screen door handles being uneven because the door were not level. The last comment you made was that my home is old and not level. Funny I thought that what they make shims for. I contacted Jim in person at more than one of the local home shows (don't be surprised if I'm there with a list of my complaints printed on my t shirt) then again by email. Before this goes any further you stated you have been here a number of times, after I handed the check to the installer non one has been here. If you have dates and times of these follow up calls I will be happy to show you on my survailance system that yo are also lie about that.Fix what is wrong with my door, look up the word integrity.

We have been over to this customers house a few times. This is the foray we have heard about this new issue.  This is an older house and we informed him that his opening isn't square. We told him we would do the best we could and he was happy with that. If he would of contacted us again about...

this new issue we would of gone out to  to see what was going on.  The owner take pride in his work and the happiest of his customers.  He personal went out and looked at the door and the owner was happy when he left. We would be more then happy to go back out if that is what the homeowner would like.
