I am responding to a complaint that was filed against me, What happened that day when *** *** came into the salon and sat in my chair she had told me whenever she gets her hair colored it never stays dark and always pulls red and that she wants to go as dark as possible..So with my
training when a guest tells you that..I pulled the color book out and showed her the color I would recommend and she agreed to the color.Then I proceeded to do my color technique which was highlights on top of her head and dark underneath.While I was applying the color she tells me how she hasn't been happy with her hair anywhere she has gone so I instantly knew there would be a problem no matter what I would do! She did not have time for me to blow dry and style her which if I had styled her we could have looked at it then and if she was not happy with the color then it was not a hard fix to lighten her dark up but when she left wet and saw the color she said it looked niceThe next day when her MOM called the salon I was off so I had no contact with any of them after Tuesday I was advised not to call her it was being taken care of if her mom would have called in and was profession and nice and not cussing and carrying on with our receptionist it would have been no problem at all the put a color corrector on her hair and put her under the drying at no cost but that wasn't good enough she only wanted her money back I have been a stylist for years now and I know that my goal is to make any guest that sits in my chair happy and when I do what we talked about and what they wanted and then they carry on like this is not only hurtful but very disappointing. Then after offering her to come in the salon and put the treatment on her hair she threatened me if I didn't call her back...her daughter never called the salon according to our receptionist and she is over so we can't talk to the mom about her hair and we told the mom that..Basically we do not do refunds we have that stated on a sign in our salon, if you are not happy with your hair we work with you to make you happy but when the mom started threatening me and then the receptionist we will not tolerate something like that over a color that could have easily been fixed she slandered my name all over social media which if that continues we will proceed with different measures so this is my side of what really happened!Samantha C***

*** *** no where in the hand written card does it state an expiration dateThey have ther money so why can't they override the computer to allow the serviceI have a crazy work schedule and had I known the gift was expiring, I would have scheduled an appointmentI called to schedule when I was going to have time off from workSince it was in their computer, why didn't they give a courtesy callSo unprofessionalThis is so unfairI will not recommend this business to anyoneThey don't even want to make things right
