[redacted] no where in the hand written card does it state an expiration date. They have ther money so why can't they override the computer to allow the service. I have a crazy work schedule and had I known the gift was expiring, I would have scheduled an appointment. I called to schedule when I was going to have time off from work. Since it was in their computer, why didn't they give a courtesy call. So unprofessional. This is so unfair. I will not recommend this business to anyone. They don't even want to make things right.
