Acceptance Insurance Company

Acceptance Insurance is a horrible insurance company with poor customer service. I switched Insurance companies to Acceptance because I received a better rate from them; however, a month later, they dropped my policy stating that I didn't disclose my PIP history on my application; however, my accidents were disclosed. They reinstated my policy the following month and then cancelled it again. I would have stayed with my original company since Acceptance cancelled my insurance despite them knowing my PIP history and I was not at fault. They should have denied coverage in the first place rather than cause this inconvenience. The company's office was convenient to my gym but I now realize that they are the bottom tier of insurance companies for a reason.
