Very unsatisfied with their customer service and representatives!!!!! I have been a customer for about a year and half with Acceptance Loan ( the one located on Springhill Avenue) I have never had a problem such as this with them until some kinda way my due date got changed, then all of a sudden the automated payments $was not enough even though my payment is suppose to only so when I reviewed the account I noticed that I am continuously being charged a late fee and my monthly payment is bucks shortOnce I was made aware, I immediately had a money order for the bucks sent to the office after business hours and put in the drop box on Friday well on Monday, I was told that I had incurred a late fee of bucks because my payment was made after office hours even though I told the CSR on Friday that I would be dropping the payment off after hoursThese people gave me a hard time All of the CSR was so rude and had a bad attitude, I just hung up the phone because there was not a good conversationAfter that conversation I hope I don't have to ever call customer service againDon't expect courtesy calls of any kind, only harassing onesI will never recommend this company to anyone
This company has tricks up their sleeve so all I'm saying is do your research and read the contract carefully Be careful of this company as they will extend credit to anyone but then they will rob you if you don't cross your T's and dot your I's
