My husband and I worked with [redacted] to settle with our homeowner's insurance company and we are so glad that we did! [redacted] was professional, courteous and always followed through. It took several months for the insurance company to settle, but [redacted] stayed on top of things and kept us updated along the way. [redacted] is very thorough and does an outstanding job, all while maintaining a refreshing sense of professionalism. I would recommend [redacted] and Southern States Public Adjusters without reservation. .

I went to this company and got approved for some merchandiseThey took my deposit and later first month payment but they didn't have a contract or didn't order my merchandiseWhen I ask for a refund they told me corporate had to give it backThey charged me insurance and taxes and said I can't receive refund for insurance and taxesHow can you keep insurance when there was no merchandise

I had the occasion of interacting with MrHal Geoffrey, of Southern States Public Adjusters on an issue that involved one of my customers I was most impressed with his knowledge, professionalism
It is obvious that he knows what he is doing and I would highly recommend him

The matter has been resolved with the customer

I never met these people in person but they certainly did a great job in getting me a settlement from a reluctant insurance company.I was in California and the property was in Florida I had been fighting the claim for over months, and they got it settled in two monthsEven got a larger settlement than I had been expectingThey kept me informed at all stages with phone calls and emailsA great find!

I contacted Southern States Public Adjusters to get help with a denied homeowner's insurance claim in central Florida My home experienced water damage and mold as a result of a broken toilet and the claim was denied because of "long term leakage of water from a plumbing system." The home is used seasonally and was vacant at the time of the leak and I was in another part of the country I spoke with *** *** Mr*** was knowledgeable, experienced and honest He asked pertinent questions and provided the information I needed to better understand the process Being out of town was not an obstacle and we had regular communication by phone, text, and e-mail What most impressed me about Mr*** was his honesty, his knowledge and his thoroughness When researching Public Adjusters, I was concerned about finding a reputable company After speaking with and working with Mr***, I was confident my claim was in good hands and that the company was trustworthy

Horrible company.rip off people with bad credits. Ended up paying. 550 for a tv that was 350 and was supposed to be 90 days same as cash

Southern States Public Adjusters Inc. handled my insurance claim with the utmost care and professionalism!

I had a water damage claim at my home. In the days following the incident, various entities, including my insurance company, were called. It was during the contact with the various companies that I realized that my claim was possibly being mishandled by my homeowner's insurance.

I did an internet search on the subject and found Southern States Public Adjusters Inc..

After contacting this Public Adjuster, all aspects of my claim were put back on track immediately.

At ALL times in the claims process,Southern States Public Adjusters Inc. made sure that my homeowner's insurance company treated me fairly!

I learned a valuable lesson through this whole process: If your home ever involved in ANY type of loss or damage to your home, contact a PUBLIC ADJUSTER to ensure that you are treated fairly by your homeowner's insurance company.

I was being charged a additional fee something I didn't sign up for. Called the 1-800 number they said they cant do anything and I had to call The manager at the store. Called and he said I wont be charged moving forward. I was charged again a extra fee. Then I called the 1-800 number again they gave me a complain number and said the DM will call me no one called. Then some cheap woman from Bob's Furniture (Falls Chruch, VA) who works for Accepatnce now called and acted like a mn. I told her my situation. She started to argue I told her come get your stuff. I will not pay for something I didn't sign up for. Called the 1-800 number again and the person said the DM had informed them to take off the additional charge but the store didn't. These people are cheats and frauds someone must hold them accountable for their devious methods of business.

Review: [redacted] is filing a billing/collection complaint on Acceptance Now. I recently put a down payment on furniture at there store and I have been waiting for my furniture to arrive at my house for 7 weeks. Within this time period Acceptance Now has been harassing me for the monthly payments in which I have told them I will not make a monthly payment until my furniture arrives and I know its in perfect condition. Within the 7 weeks Acceptance Now has been reporting to credit bureaus. This is ruining my credit score and I have not received the furniture I put a down payment on. The people that worked in that store were very unprofessional, rude, manipulators. I am filing this here complaint because what is right is right. I should not have my credit score ruined over furniture I never received.Desired Settlement: I would like for this to be taken off of my credit and also for my money to be refunded.

Review: On 8/28/2014 I purchased furniture through Ashley furniture. I went through the Acceptance Now program. I signed the paperwork, and paid the initial furniture payment. I was told that it would be 90 day same as cash if I paid it within 90 days. I asked when the furniture would be delivered and they would not give me an answer nor did they answer when I asked if the 90 day started now 8/28/2014 or when the furniture was delivered. On the 15th of September I made another payment for the furniture, still waiting for it to be delivered. At the end of September they called me and scheduled my furniture for delivery the following week. On 1/15/2015 I called and asked for the payoff amount and they stated that it was #2588.00 fore the payoff. I only purchased my furniture for $2250+/-. I have since paid $10880.00 in payments. I was never told that I would be renting the furniture until it was paid off and that the $1088.00 that was paid went to rental fees. I have not signed anything stating how much rental fees are on the furniture or how much of my payments would be applied to the buyout or anything. I should only have about $1162.00 not including interest to pay off on the furniture. When I called and spoke to the [redacted] of Acceptance now on 1/15/2015 to get my payoff (This would be the 90 day after the furniture was delivered) and make a payment she said she would have her [redacted] contact me about this. I never heard from him, now the payment is late, they are saying the furniture isn't mine until its paid off and asked if I would like to schedule a pickup on the rented furniture. I asked her to have him call me, again and told her I have not yet heard from him. I called back on 1/21/2015 after still not hearing from him and left another message. She said she sent him an e-mail. I told her I was contacting the Revdex.com & an attorney if I did not get this resolved, I told her this on 1/15/2015Desired Settlement: I would like to pay off the $1162 and was my hands of this company.

I [redacted] contacted [redacted] on 2/4/2015 and I wentover Lease Purchase Agreement with her as she reviewed her copy. I explainedthat her 90 day started on 8/28/2015 the day of the contract til 9/29/2014. Whenthe customer goes past the 90 day it then revert to the Lease Purchased Agreement.I went over with [redacted] that her lease term was set for 35 months if shetakes it to term but the ideal was to pay it off early. By going over the EarlyPurchase Option Schedule it shows what her payoff balance at every paymentbased on payment that’s on time. [redacted] express that she felt that she couldsave money by returning her merchandise and asked to have her items picked up.[redacted] understood that we did not want to lose her business and she stillhave to options to pay off but not at the 90 day option. It was agreed thatcontact would me made with her on 2/5/2015 to arrange a time to pick for hermerchandise.[redacted] is copy’s of the Lease purchase Agreement and theEarly Purchase Option Schedule.Sincerely,[redacted]
