they have the worst customerI had called the customer service since we wanted to pay off our outstanding amount which we just wanted to clearnever been latejust wanted to finish it soonerSpoke to Ashley and she did say that they do us a Favor by giving us month to pay for our Loan amountwe had a period of month to pay the complete amount without any feesand our month we were busy so we did pay our monthly but did not get a change to clear it and when we called they were very rude and told us that they will charge us $more to get it clearedBUt bottom line we made the payment and cleared everything we owed $but we payed $with the fee and will never deal with this company againThey are rude and do not respect there customers

Never do business with acceptance rentals they charge you way too much be careful also they don't send bills so you don't see what you own

Scam! I am currently paying $176 monthly where only $76 of that is going towards my furniture. They are charging $100 just for the contract. I am practically paying almost triple for this furniture. Never again!! Don't do business with this company! In addition to the money wasted, the customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful.

This company preys on individuals who have the most desperate needs. This so called "Rental" agreement is a way to extort triple the amount of the items purchase price. This is in no way ethical practice. You can excuse it legally all you like but this is a predatory practice! Be careful! They got me once but never again

I love Acceptance Rental I was recently approved for a second loan for $3,000 after paying off my 1st loan. Customer Service has been Awesome every time I email or call ! 5 stars 💯

I understood what the terms were when I signed the agreement, however in desperation I agreed to the terms. Be aware that under the terms of the agreement $1900 borrowed would have a total payout of $5592. Obviously this is unacceptable so I decided to pay it off a few days after the first 3 payments were made and the 90 days had expired. I call to make my payment only to be told that they do not accept American Express. This is horrible service and I wish I would have been aware of this fact prior to signing the agreement. It was never my intention to be handcuffed to their unreasonable terms. However given the totally unreasonable terms of the agreement I find it no small coincidence that they have made it as difficult as possible to pay off the account and or even know what your account balance is as they offer no web access to your account. With the exception of course being they are fully web capable when they are setting up the account to get you into their ridiculous agreement.

I purchased a sofa and contracted under Acceptance Rentals for the purchase of the sofa. I ended up returning the sofa to them and now 5 years later they are still calling me everyday and harassing me about the past due amount owed on a sofa that they ended up leasing to someone else. At one point they even had me summoned to court to pay and told that they would follow through with a warrant for my arrest if I did not show up!!!! On another occasion they sent someone from their office to my house to "speak to me" about the money I owed. For 5 years I have had to deal with this tragic mistake of purchasing a sofa that wasn't even worth today's stress and hassle. I also get email treats AND phone calls from them DAILY. If you are considering signing a contract with them PLEASE DO NOT you will regret it financially and emotionally!

I was shocked to read that anyone had a bad experience with ARC. The terms were clearly explained by my sales associate that I had 90 days no interest. Payments would be drafted from my account each month for 24 months unless I call ARC to pay more or pay off balance. I have used ARC several times to help me furnish my home and it always works out in my favor.
