We sent Customer a Proof to approve for her artwork to go to printShe never responded for days
She sent an email and said where is my Business CardsWe responded with you have to approve your art first
before it goes to print
She then became really nasty with us and talking in foul languageWe said Mam we are going to refund you your printing costWe do not want to do business with someone like this
So we have refunded her the moneyShe said I am going to show you and go to Revdex.com and everywhere.
All services have been refundedShe also paid to have our Designer design the card for her which she has a 300dpi Hi-Res Copy ofSo we can not refund Design work since she can take anywhere and have it printed somewhere else
