On 6/12/15, we received an email from an Elizabeth Boivin expressing concerns regarding a merchant account for epromotions, incThe email was addressed to a specific agent on the AcceptSafe team rather than our general support email and although this agent was out of the office at the time of the email, she still managed to respond to the email within less than two hours of its receiptThe agent's response email asked the merchant to provide their account ID number in order to properly locate the account informationHowever, the merchant neglected to respond to the email to confirm the account ID numberAs the email we have on file for the account differed from the one submitting the inquiry and as sensitive account information is never divulged without confirming account details, there was no further communication between AcceptSafe and the merchantNevertheless, we did follwith our merchant services team to look into the merchant's complaint of funds being held and found that the complaint was inaccurate as our records indicate that the batches in question, received on 6/5/and 6/11/15, were deposited
