Dear [redacted],Thank you for allowing Accessible Medical Care the opportunity to resolve the matter regarding the above named patient. Upon immediate receipt of the complaint, we quickly addressed the matter by having our Provider contact the patient directly to first...

apologize, attain [redacted] version of the complaint and ensure him that we would work efficiently in order to resolve the matter. Shortly after, our administration team met with Dr. T[redacted]. After discussing the matter at length, AMC was able to update and implement new office policies regarding the distribution process of work, school and disability letters. We are pleased to inform the Revdex.com, that after speaking with [redacted], we were able to rectify the matter to his satisfaction. Initially, [redacted] requested a refund for services rendered, instead we were able to explain to him that our office has already recorded the visit in our EMR, in addition to issuing him two prescriptions for the symptoms he was experiencing, and therefore we are unable to issue a refund. [redacted] indicated that he understood and was in agreement.
This is AMC's first time receiving such a complaint; however we thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to rectify this matter without it having to evolve more as it easily could have. At Accessible Medical Care, we value all of our patients and strive to give quality health care.

Review: Dr. Mingliarti T[redacted] saw me on 9/2/2014. During this visit she fell asleep on me twice. I complained about headaches and migraines which have been on going. She gave me prescriptions for the migraines. When I asked her for a doctors note for missing work, she was reluctant to give me a note. She then asked if I wanted a rectal exam. After taking the prescription, and having no effect, I went back again on 9/12/14. Again, I asked for a doctor's note stating I had migraines and it would help not working under bright lights and loud noise. She again gave me more prescription medication for migraines. However, she refused to give me any work note. Her last words were "I think its time you set up another appointment." Oddly, I realized that she had given me migraine medication but no work note to reflect that. Yet, she insisted I get a rectal exam, blood work, and a CT scan. Since this time I have been to another doctor who has diagnosed me with a migraine, put me on the right medication to help, and advised a CT scan would be helpful if it persisted more than two weeks. He also was kind enough to give me a work order reflecting my diagnosis.Desired Settlement: Dr. Mingliarti T[redacted] made me feel uncomfortable by asking me, a 29 year old, if I wanted a rectal exam- she also would not give me a doctor's note or the right medication to help ease my pain.I would like to be refunded $95 and an apology.
