In previous conversations they validate it was 4 classes plus they mentioned they still don't have anyone available to provide the lessons... I was never able to take my road test which was a fee included in the package.. (And additional car fees included)... For all the heartache, disappointment , inconsistency, unavailability, and now lies all I want is my money back... I don't wish to contact the agency nor for the agency to contact me... This school has a rule for voucher studentsThey do not let you in after 6:pmI called them in advance to let them know I am running late and may need to rescheduleThey told me that because I bought the ***, I would be charged $to reschedule the hour prelicensing course because the rules are I cannot show up past 6:I would have made it by 6:30, but decided to follow the rulesMy friend was in the class on time and told me that the teacher let students in past the time allowed, latest student came in at 6:45!!! regardless of their rules!I am furious, I let the company know that I did the right thing and should not have to pay their fee if the teacher bent the rulesI was told that because I did not show up, that I would have to pay for the class and those are the rulesThey did not care at all that students were allowed in past the grace period and that had I not listened to them I would have taken the class and not paid extraAny other business I have dealt with would have apologized for the mistake and waved the fee or offered me a free driving testThese people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR STUDENTSI will not be recommending them nor ***'s vouchers for driving lessons

Review: I purchased a Living Social coupon for a 5 Hour Pre-Licensing class and two 45 minute driving lessons. After calling numerous times I was finally able to schedule the 5 Hour class for my son, He took the Class on October **, 2013. Again after calling numerous times on many different dates with no answer, I finally got through on January **, 2014 to schedule the two 45 minute driving lessons. I was told that the certificate was expired and would not be honored. I advised that I tried on many occasions to call but no one answered the phone. I advised that reviews of the business also stated many people having the same difficulty of getting through on the phone. The person on the phone said he was there all day answering the phone. I explained that I called several times throughout the day and this was the first time someone answered, it was approximately 2:30 PM when someone answered the phone. I was told people must be calling after business hours why they are not getting through, business hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Desired Settlement: I wish the voucher I purchased to be fully honored and my son recieve the two 45 minute driving lessons

Review: I have to say I'm so disappointed with the service with access2drive ...most of my lessons were canceled.. There office hours are extremely limited to reach by phone and in person on weekends. I brought the initial 6 lesson package in April [redacted] 2014 of $97 and was convinced that I needed more lessons and upgraded a package on August ** 2014 of $298 , however after the upgrade there were more disappointments.

At my first schedule lesson the driver never showed up and I was given a complimentary class to continue with services. After I upgraded and took more lessons the instructor treated me as if he was annoyed and spoke to me without courtesy... He demonstrated parking once and never practice it again, he never gave me a lesson on 3 point turns.. And After I complained about instructor the owner said they would provide a new instructor. A new instructor was not available until March 2015 and my package needed to be extended. In March, scheduling was again very difficult and the company canceled my classes. In June the company canceled classes again and had no available dates. From March to July My drivers license test wasn't schedule until July [redacted]. On July [redacted] and July [redacted] I contacted the owner about scheduling my last 4 lessons and never received a response. I had 4 lessons yet to take and the company never accommodated the lessons before my test date on July [redacted]. The company was very limited in scheduling people who work 9-5, They would cancel classes often, they were hard to reach at the office, and my entire experience was awful. In the 8 lessons I took the instructors did not provide time to practice my areas of need including parking and 3 point turns. The instructors just ask me to drive straight and turns, for the full 45 minute sessions. The experience has been a heartache and a headache of trying to schedule lessons, I have invested money and therefore tried to work with the company however, last week when I didn't receive a response to schedule my classes, I knew it was completely unfair and wouldn't want another resolution with this company except my money back. Throughout the year I experienced much frustration and disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and wouldn't wish any one to pay for this business.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a refund of $298.00 that was processed on August [redacted] 2014.
