Review: I have been doing business with this internet provider for years but lately, they leave a lot to be desired. I use to be able to pay my bill ahead, online. For quite a while I could not access them online and even when I call their number, it states they are closed yet it is within the hours of operation. They use to have a working website and I had no problem paying for my wife's internet service. Now it seems all none existent. No web page, no reply on email or ability to pay online. This is NO way to run a business. It is a shame because we had been a customer for at least 10 years. They have gone down hill in the last few.Desired Settlement: We would like the disparities corrected or at least tell the customers they can no longer offer the services they have advertised.
Review: I have been a customer of this internet provider for more than 10 years when at least a portion of the business was known as Forward Communications. I signed up for automatic credit card billing but such automatic billing has ceased with no explanation. I have called Customer Care numerous times and am always told there is no problem, yet I am not billed. Now it is almost impossible to get through. Recording says office is closed, there is a "circuits busy" signal, I am on hold until the line disconnects automatically after 10 minutes, or the line goes dead without even ringing. I receive no response to emails, and never get a promised return call if I am successful in speaking to someone. I do not receive bills in the mail and there does not seem to be a way to pay online. My concern is that I or others like myself may be turned in to collections for non-payment of bills which are not received, and when billing is supposed to be automatic per a signed authorization. I am a long-standing customer trying to do the right thing, but the company is non-responsive.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to do one or all of the following: A) reinstate automatic credit card billing as applicable; B) offer the ability to pay for service online or C) mail a paper statement to customers so that proper payments can be rendered.
