This is my first review ever! On any thingI can't say enough great things about access capital groupMichael O'C*** and his team were greatI had challenging credit, challenging job history, but Michael and his team were there the whole step of the wayMichael always had my best interest in mindHe is an easy down to earth guy to deal with If your looking for a lender this is the place to goTop notch all the wayI highly recommend Michael and his team Thanks for everythingMe and my family are now enjoying our new home THANK YOU!!

With bad credit, I called Michael O'Connor prepared to be laughed off the phoneMy husband and I had found our dream home and wanted to buyWe both had scores in the 300'sMichael did not laugh at me, instead he was very kind and told me that it would take work, but it should be do-ableOver the next month, Michael helped us step by step fix our credit! We are both at about now!

Yesterday we were blind sided by a software computer glitz It was a total shock and actually made me sick and made the both of us just give up
This morning the matter was explained in the profession manner exhibited by the Loan Officer we were working with Everything we did, he did, and the Real Estate agent did was real and not a farce Access has been working with us in a professional manner and age and Native did not have anything to do with them or us We were sent an email on a Sunday that should never have been sent The Loan Officer proved to be the guy he represented to us, the company was one to be trusted and without that blindsided email everything was on the track it should have been and as represented I wish there was a way to take back a negative but Access Capital is a five star organization, does reply immediately to customers and does handle mortgages in a very exceptional professional manner Please delete our negative and give them the stars they deserve TYVM Access Capital, Loan Officer and Revdex.com for clearing up a major mistake on behalf of this wonder world filled with computers and software and glitches Trust these people and their company

After applying for several home-loans my husband and I chose Access Capital, whom we found through Lending TreeMichael O’Connor, a senior Mortgage Consultant, reached out to us shortly after applyingAfter the first phone call he was there for us day one to the day we got our homeHe even called after to congratulate us
As first time home buyers, he walked us through every step, told us what to expect next, and helped us with paperwork that confused usSince we were buying a home from a relative we didn’t have a real-estate agent so he even took the time to help me fill out the contract to purchase our homeHe spent a lot of time on the phone helping us through the entire process, sometimes over an hour! Sometimes on Saturdays, too! He was very informative throughout and knew what he was talking aboutNot only did I feel like I had the right guy in our corner helping us get the best deal, I walked away from this transaction feeling like a had a friend in the mortgage business for life

I was more than satisfied with the level of service I received from this groupMark gave us step by step instructions on how to increase our credit score, so that we had the scores needed to get an FHA loan Through the whole buying process they were there for us and were always available to help
If you are looking at buying your first home these are the people to work with They are very knowledgeable and give a high level of customer service From start to finish all the staff were very helpful and available to answer any questions

To summarize my experience with Access Capital in 3 words - Awesome, Excellent and Outstanding! As first time home buyers, we didn't know anything about the purchase process and our situation was tricky to say the least. Access provided us with a team that walked through every step of the process with us and thoroughly explained everything as we went along. The service and responsiveness was comforting and top notch. They even got us a rate that was a full percentage point better than anyone else could offer. These are the people that you need to work with if you want a great mortgage deal and a wonderful experience.

From the beginning, Michael O[redacted] approach made me feel secure; his willingness to explain the process in detail, won me over. He never rushed me, or oversold his services. He asked me what I wanted and then told me what he could do for me; but always informed me of exactly what I needed to do. He has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease, while all the time making you feel important. He is an excellent example of great customer service. The entire staff at ACGI was great! They were on top of the process from day one, and always kept me in the loop. I have to add Shannon; she reviewed and pushed my paperwork through like a champ, and stayed on me to get everything correct and submitted. Their were others to name, but their names escape me. This team is AWESOME! I have already passed their information on to friends and family. ACGI has made my dream of home ownership come true, and it was a great experience.

I was nervous about the whole experience but I had amazing support from my loan office Kathleen K[redacted], who is now a very dear friend. She kept in touch with me daily even when there wasnt anything new to report. She supported, guided and reassured me every step of the way. I would do this again a hundred times if it is with her and her company.

Great Company to work with!! Our loan officer, [redacted], was great every step of the way. She kept us updated constantly and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her personal service made the whole experience less painful ;)

Access Capital Group Inc., Outstanding company they got me a home loan "first time home buyer" the staff was supportive in all aspects. Mr. Michael O[redacted] was my Mortgage Consultant who help me seven days a week and was easy to get a hold of . He provided guidance and advice with the loan process. Access Capital Group I would recommend to all. Great Customer Service, the staff is there to help you, made me feel comfortable everyday when I spoke with Mr. O[redacted]. I utilized my VA loan and they made that process easy and closed on time and my wife and I appreciate the great support that Mr. Michael O[redacted] and Access Capital Inc. provided . Outstanding...
