Our internet was slow with all of our devices, called and asked them to come out and figure out what was going on. The appointment was made convenient time frame for us. On the day they were scheduled to come the technician called and told us they would arrive at 4:30. They came to the house exactly at that time. Steve and Shiv (I hope I spelled that right) took the time to explain what our system was doing and not doing. Changed some old and corroded parts, then again Steve explained the system was up in range that was safe. We have always experienced great customer service from Access Communications, from the help desk, and customer service. The two technicians were excellent. Unreliable, unprofessional and frankly terrible internet service.I have had Access provide my internet for the past year or so and have no complaints about the speed of the product.. When it is working that is. I find that the internet service only seems to work about 80% of the time which, as someone that uses the internet for my work is downright unacceptable. My internet goes out at least once a day for upwards of 20 minutes at a time and at the time of writing this, my internet is out (again) and I am currently connected to my phones personal hotspot for internet as [redacted] has proven time and time again to be much more reliable. I can not upload a video (which is my job) without my internet going out once or twice and forcing me to, once again, use my phone's hotspot for internet that won't fail. It is not my router as it has been looked at multiple times by myself and many professionals. The only ones to blame are the providers for this lackluster service.
