We checked the machine the customer indicated. A number 44. Easy to identify since it had an out of service sign from eariler. The reason it would not take quarters was the power was off at breaker. That would also be reason for no quarters in the coin box. As yu said it would not accept coin.

That is not true. I don't believe that they even know what machine it was. The machine would not accept any more quarters and it would not start. I put the correct amount of quarters in the machine.

This is the thrid responce and last rsponce. The Customer aproched the on site attendt .Stated machine was not working.coins would not enter. It was front loader num.44. Attended informed him of an eariler glich where is restarted at the end of cycle. She therefor turned the breaker off and take it. That was the condition I found when I repaired it.only money in coin box was from the first. ctomer. So logical no coin no refund. There is no resolution when info is fowarded. d
