Re: My Complaint about ID [redacted]

I got in touch with [redacted] on August 22, 2014 and finally talked with him.  An appointment was set up...

for Mondya, August 25.  He arrived and did the repair.  I am satisifed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This is how I was treated after asking them to stand by and fix a defective tire that was on a car I purchased in Jan. Copies of emails, read from bottom to top.

Since it is a slow leak and I have only had to fill it 3-4 times I would have had no way of knowing it had a slow leak now would I? especially not in a few days or a week. NO reason to get on [redacted]'s case. And the fact that the tire was aired up and seemed fine when I purchased the car, which tells me you have aired up the tire in the past before the sale, and knew it was defective when you sold it to me.

Ma'am,
I will have a talk with [redacted] as to why you have not been contacted back, Secondly, tires are a maintenance and wear and tear product, I'm sorry if you feel as it I should replace it, but if this issue was brought to my attention the day or week after you purchased, then I would have been more reluctant to fix it.
thanks again,
Stephen [redacted]

That's ok I will pay someone else to fix it.
I contacted him last week and haven't heard anything back I just was hoping you would stand by your product. I am not surprised.

Dear [redacted],
First of all, thanks so much for your business! But, since you purchased the vehicle on 01/09/16, we are unable to fix it under some type of warranty, however, I would like to extend the courtesy of getting a great deal on a new tire. Your salesperson was [redacted] and he can be reached at (859) [redacted]. He would be more than happy to set up an appointment with our service department to get the issue handled at the very least out of your pocket if you would like. Please just let us know.

thanks so much,
Stephen [redacted]

I recently purchased a used 2015 Chevy impala, probably 5 months ago, I have been adding air to one of the tires about 20 lbs a month. I took it to Sutherland Chevy for them to check it, they told me it had a leak due to a problem with the tire near the rim, and said it would have to be replaced, and was going to cost me 150.00. I was wondering if you would replace the tire under a warranty since it was a problem from the start? Or if not how much to replace it?
Thank you,
