Access Financial, Inc

My car loan was sold to access financial and I immediately began to have provlems.
Problem #1: mt tags were due on my car in june 2014, I promplty Paid the DMV and they said the tags would be sent to mt finance company.
Problem #2: after 3 months of not having rwceived my tags, I called Access to ask fory tags, they asked for my insurance to be faxed in and they would send them....I did so amd never receives my tags
Problem #3: by Nov ( 5 months after havibg paid), I called again to ask about my tags, they gave me the run around. ....still NO tags.
Priblem #4: Dec 2014 I received a call from a supervisor explainging that there had been a mix up in Sacramento but the tags were on the way.
Problem #5: Late December, still NO tags, now I get a $200 ticket for NO tags....I ezplain that they are paid, I have all paperwork showing as such but my finance company is withholdibg them....to no avail. Im stuck paying the ticket.
Problem #6: I call again about my tags....now Access complains that I have no insurance and they wont send the tags.....I explain that I HAVE FAXED OVER MY INSURANCE AND AM UNSURE WHY THEY ARE ASKING AGAIN.
PRroblem #7: January 2015 (7 months after ice paid for my tags).....talk to Access AGAIN.... they give me the runaround.....now Im waiting for a return call AGAIN. Still NO tags, mt car payments have ALWAYS been paid and I have only 5 payments to go.....This company is fraudulent, unorganized and has caused me SO many uneccessary problems. Im anxious to get tjis paid off and out of my life but if I cant even gety tags fron them,,,,.im worried about EVER being able to get my pin k slip when its entirely paid off in 5 months. Trust me, this is a terrible company to do business with.
